Job Duties
- arrive in a timely manner and ready in position at the start of your scheduled shift
- demonstrate respect and dignity in dealing with others including team members and guests
- follow the communication guideline established in your store

- hold yourself accountable for your designated responsibilities on your shift
- dedicate yourself to learning and being capable of executing multiple tasks
- prepare donuts and other bakery products according to operational and quality standards while ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- always prioritize guest satisfaction and resolve guest issues promptly
- adhere to safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
- maintain a clean and neat work environment including stocking, trash removal, and cleaning guest areas and restrooms
- comply with uniform standards including hat, name tag, apron, white collared shirt, dark blue jeans, and non-slip shoes
