Job Duties

  • Follow the production schedule set by the kitchen supervisor
  • work closely with the other bakers to produce great products and keep shelves full
  • follow the company's food standards
  • use appropriate baking techniques to achieve high quality products
  • use accurate kitchen math and measurements to adjust quantities of recipes
  • plan your day so needed items and tasks are completed efficiently while still being flexible to change if needed
  • know and follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
  • safe knife handling skills
