Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3 AM and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license preferred but only required at specific locations and meet driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior baking or food preparation experience is a plus but not required
- ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- customer service experience is advantageous
Job Duties
- bake bagels and ensure product quality
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case daily
- assist with order taking and sandwich making
- maintain cleanliness and safety in the bakery
- work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent guest service
- manage early morning bakery operations
- adhere to health and safety standards
