Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- able to work in a fast-paced environment
- able to work varied hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license preferred but only required at specific locations and must meet company driving qualifications
- physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during work hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in baking or food preparation is a plus but not required
- ability to work early morning shifts including as early as 3 AM
- strong multitasking skills
- excellent teamwork and communication
- dedication to food quality and safety
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Duties
- Arrive early to prepare and bake fresh bagels
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain cleanliness and safety in the store environment
- work collaboratively with team members to uphold quality food and beverage standards
- manage multi-tasking during fast-paced shifts
- support team efforts in delivering a positive customer experience
