Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and/or walk 100 percent of the time
- ability to occasionally lift 50 lbs
- ability to frequently lift up to 20 lbs
- willingness to follow dress code and personal hygiene standards
- availability to work full-time hours

- Experience working in a bakery or culinary environment
- knowledge of metric and imperial baking measurements
- ability to follow recipes accurately
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Job Duties
- Following recipes
- scaling, mixing, baking and packaging baked goods
- labeling, dating and storing foods properly
- maintaining correct portion sizes, freshness and quality
- stocking retail space with baked goods and maintain the retail space presentation
- following cleaning schedule as provided by management
- utilizing the clean as you go techniques
- maintain open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed
- follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
- follow Parkhurst gold standards using smile plus hospitality imperatives
- assist fellow associates at every opportunity
- perform any other duties as assigned by management
