Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license if required by location
- Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking experience is a plus
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Bake fresh bagels and pastries according to company recipes and standards
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment following health and safety guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals and customer expectations
- Monitor product quality and consistency throughout the shift
- Follow opening and closing procedures as required
