- Prior experience in baking or culinary field preferred
- Ability to operate baking equipment safely

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, and pastries using ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Decorate cakes and produce fancy desserts with artistic skill
- Engage and communicate effectively with customers to enhance their shopping experience
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking of display cases and shelves
- Ensure all baked products meet high standards of quality, freshness, and safety
- Collaborate with team members to uphold store policies and achieve operational goals
- Continuously learn new baking techniques and contribute to a positive team environment
