Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license when required
- Meet driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or food preparation experience a plus
- Ability to work early morning hours, starting as early as 3 AM
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to maintain quality and safety standards
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
Job Duties
- Ensure quality product is available each shift by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case
- Work as a team to provide excellent guest service by helping with order taking and sandwich making
- Maintain safe and clean store environment
- Prepare and bake fresh bagels and pastries
- Follow company recipes and procedures
- Manage early morning baking operations efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to uphold brand standards
