Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in food preparation or baking preferred but not required

- Ability to work early morning hours starting at 3 am
- Good communication and teamwork abilities

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh baked goods and breakfast items according to Dunkin' quality standards
- Ensure store readiness for opening each day
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking and food preparation areas
- Manage inventory levels for baking supplies and ingredients
- Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest service
