Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in baking or food production preferred
- ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and kneel regularly
- physical capacity to lift up to 60 pounds frequently
- willingness to work early mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings or overnight as needed
- capability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
- effective communication skills
- customer service orientation

Job Duties
- Follow recipes and production lists precisely to ensure high-quality bakery and pastry items
- monitor dates and freshness, handle outdated items properly, and report shrinkage
- adhere to all Health Department guidelines and Festival sanitation practices
- maintain cleanliness and organization in prep areas, coolers, freezers, and dry storage
- provide excellent customer service to guests by assisting with finding items, taking special orders, and addressing concerns
- answer phone calls with proper etiquette and ensure guest satisfaction
- keep an eye on stock levels and service floor needs
- maintain food safety logs and ensure all quality standards, including quantity expectations, are met daily
- work closely with all bakery associates to meet department goals and support a positive team environment
- regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule
- perform other duties as assigned
