Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-year experience working in a commercial bakery or food production
  • strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredient handling
  • ability to follow recipes accurately
  • excellent attention to detail
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • availability to work early mornings, Saturdays, and some holidays
  • physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • positive attitude and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
  • operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, and proofers with precision and care
  • bake a variety of items including bread, pastries, cakes, pies, and cookies following established recipes and techniques
  • assemble baked goods to ensure visually appealing and consistent results
  • monitor and maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
  • adhere to health and safety standards including proper sanitation and food handling practices
  • collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and meet customer demand
  • maintain a clean and organized work area including regular equipment maintenance and cleaning
