Job Requirements
- Must obey all state and federal guidelines regarding health and safety policies
- Wear proper headwear such as hat or hairnet
- Wash hands frequently with hot water from elbows down for not less than 20 seconds
- Ability to lift boxes and products ranging from 20 lbs up to 60 lbs
- Ability to push/pull items weighing between 30 lbs up to 200 lbs
- Capability to bend/stoop to pick up or place product below waist level
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures including freezer, refrigerator, and oven environments
- Ability to climb ladders to retrieve products
- Must be able to constantly walk from one area to another
- Ability to work with chemicals for cleaning and maintenance
- Carrying, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending/stoooping
- Must be punctual and reliable
Job Qualifications
- Experience in baking breads and pastries
- Knowledge of bakery machinery operation and maintenance

Job Duties
- Inspect machinery at beginning of day for potential repairs and report need for repairs to Bakery Manager
- Prepare breads, pastries, etc.
- Clean machinery at end of day
- Lift boxes and product ranging between 20 lbs up to 60 lbs
- Place boxes/product onto dolly or cart
- Push/pull between 30 lbs up to 200 lbs (items on cart/dolly)
- Bend/Stoop pick up and or place product below waist level (including shelves and racks)
- Place product onto bins and position for sale
- Grasp/Grip product to prepare for sales floor by either cutting or cleaning product
- Constant sweeping/pushing broom to pick up debris to keep work area clean
- Place and remove product from Bakery cooler, proofing, and ovens (including shelving and bakery bins)
- Reaching above shoulder level (produce placement on sales floor plus shelving/rack system in bakery warehouse areas)
- Place debris/trash/recycle cardboard in respective areas
- Clean and maintain bakery tables and bins
- Walk constantly from one area to another on a daily basis
- Work in different varying temperatures from (freezer, refrigerator, ovens, etc.)
- Assist with written special orders (to match the customers indications precisely) to ensure offering excellent Customer Service
- Work with varying types of chemicals to ensure proper cleaning/maintenance of Department equipment and tools
