- Ability to work flexible shifts including varying days and hours

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Excellent attention to detail in following recipes and maintaining quality standards

Job Duties
- Follows recipes and or product directions to prepare and bake a variety of food items such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits
- May clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
- Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Reduces food waste through mindful preparation
- Collaborates with team members to maintain a healthy and safe working environment
- Adapts to varying duties depending on business necessities and client requirements
- Ensures customer service is at the heart of all baking activities
