Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours including early mornings as early as 3 AM and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local state and federal law
- possession of a current valid state issued driver’s license preferred but only required at specific locations and meet driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
- ability to work early morning shifts and weekends
- strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- capable of multi-tasking and maintaining efficiency during busy periods
Job Duties
- Bake fresh bagels and pastries according to company recipes and standards
- stock the bagel wall and pastry cases to ensure product availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to support guest service
- maintain cleanliness and safety of the bakery and store environment
- work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent customer experience
- monitor baking equipment and report any maintenance issues
- adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
