Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake cakes according to company recipes and standards
- Ensure consistency and quality in all baked products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and work areas
- Monitor ingredient inventory and assist with stocking as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in training new bakery team members
- Engage with team to foster a positive and productive work environment
