- Ability to meet standard physical, mental, and visual demands
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions

- Must have good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members

- Must have constant contact and interaction with various levels of individuals daily
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts and adhere to company time and attendance policies
Job Duties
- Ensure efficient and courteous customer service at all times
- Maintain a positive attitude and create an atmosphere of friendliness and fun through flexibility and teamwork
- Generate a positive, friendly, and fun working environment with a customer first initiative
- Prepare and produce quality food and products to meet or exceed customer and company expectations
- Bake bread, rolls, pies, and cookies per manual guidelines
- Complete daily production sheets and break out frozen product
- Put up stock and assist in proper rotation of products in coolers and freezers
- Assist in maintaining good dates on all products
- Assist in ordering products and supplies needed for daily operations
- Ensure all packaged products comply with local weights and measurement regulations
- Keep the workstation and area neat and clean
- Follow company food safety program
- Be cross trained in multiple areas with varying responsibilities
