- be able to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- be able to perform motions that include pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists

Job Duties
- arrive in a timely manner and ready at the start of the shift
- demonstrate respect and dignity when dealing with team members and guests
- follow communication guidelines established in the store
- respond positively to coaching and feedback
- hold yourself accountable for your responsibilities during shifts
- learn and execute multiple tasks including baking functions
- prepare donuts and other bakery products to quality standards
- prioritize guest satisfaction and respond to guest needs promptly
- adhere to brand and company standards including food safety and sanitation
- maintain a clean and safe work environment including stocking and cleaning duties
- comply with uniform standards including wearing required attire
