Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local state and federal law
- Possession of a current valid state issued driver’s license (preferred but required at specific locations)
- Ability to sit stand bend lift and move intermittently during working hours
Job Qualifications
- Prior baking or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- Willingness to work early mornings and varied shifts including weekends
- Commitment to maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake fresh bagels and pastries daily
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making during shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the bakery environment
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest service
- Monitor product quality to meet brand standards
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure customer and employee safety
