Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years bakery experience or acceptable combination of education and experience
- ability to work flexible schedule including night weekends and holidays
- outgoing friendly behavior
- positive attitude
- good communication skills
- ability to take direction and work in a team
- able to answer phones and take special orders
- perform cleaning and sanitizing of work area
- able to operate knives scales wrappers compactors garbage disposals pallet jacks and hand trucks
- able to stand for up to 3 hours continuously for an 8 hour shift
- able to lift and transfer bakery trays and items up to 40 lbs
- adherence to safety health and weights and measures regulations
- food handlers permit
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years bakery experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Duties
- Prepare bake and package baked goods
- assist bakery manager with pricing and merchandising
- provide high level of customer service
- maintain clean safe and sanitary bakery area and equipment
- stock fill face and ensure pricing accuracy of bakery products
- receive inspect and log bakery shipments
- maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
