Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied hours including early mornings as early as 3 AM and weekends
- Ability to pass background check as required by law
- Possession of a current, valid state issued driver’s license where applicable
- Meet driving qualifications if required by company policy
- Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking experience a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work early morning hours and weekends
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh bagels from scratch starting as early as 3 AM
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure availability of quality products
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making to support excellent guest service
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment to uphold hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to deliver top-quality food and customer experiences
- Monitor inventory and report any shortages or issues
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding food safety and workplace conduct
