Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license preferred but only required at specific locations and must meet company driving qualifications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking or food preparation experience is an asset
- ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3AM
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- commitment to quality and attention to detail
- ability to maintain cleanliness and follow safety protocols
- flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Bake fresh bagels and pastries according to company recipes and standards
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to support guest service
- maintain cleanliness and safety of the bakery and store environment
- work collaboratively with team members to deliver excellent customer experiences
- adhere to company policies regarding food quality and workplace safety
- manage early morning shift tasks efficiently to prepare for store opening
