Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours/days including early mornings (as early as 3 AM) and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid, state-issued driver’s license preferred but only required at specific locations and must meet driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking or food preparation experience a plus
- ability to work early morning shifts
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- knowledge of food safety practices preferred
Job Duties
- Bake bagels and other bakery items according to company standards
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case ensuring product availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making
- maintain a clean and safe store environment
- provide excellent guest service through teamwork and communication
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- support team members during busy periods
