Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours and days including early mornings as early as 3 AM and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable by local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license preferred but required only at specific locations
- meet company driving qualifications if driver’s license is required
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking experience is a plus but not mandatory
- ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- good communication and teamwork skills
- willingness to learn and grow within the company
- reliable and punctual work attendance
Job Duties
- prepare fresh bagels and pastries according to company recipes and standards
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case each shift to ensure product availability
- assist team members with order taking and sandwich preparation
- maintain cleanliness and safety in the bakery and store environment
- attend to early morning bakery opening duties
- collaborate with team members to ensure excellent guest service
- monitor quality control to uphold high food standards
