Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous baking experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Capacity to stand for extended periods
- Physical ability to lift and move baking supplies and equipment
- Commitment to adhering to safety and sanitation standards
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Duties
- Prepare breads, cookies, pastries, and fancy desserts using various baking equipment
- Decorate cakes and baked goods with attention to detail and creativity
- Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers to produce fresh products
- Engage with customers to provide friendly, personalized service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- Ensure all baked products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
