Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours and days including early mornings and weekends
- must be able to pass background check
- possession of valid state-issued driver’s license preferred but only required at specific locations and meet company driving qualifications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior baking or food preparation experience helpful but not required
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- commitment to quality and customer service
- capability to start early shifts as early as 3 AM
Job Duties
- Bake bagels and pastries to company quality standards
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case
- assist with order taking and sandwich making
- maintain a clean and safe store environment
- provide excellent guest service
- work collaboratively with team members
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
