Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous baking or food service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Prepare breads, cookies, and pastries using ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Decorate cakes and create fancy desserts
- Engage with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- Ensure all baked products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Assist with stocking and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to uphold store standards and goals
