Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of baking experience
- availability to work flexible full-time schedule including nights and weekends
- ability to follow detailed instructions
- strong physical stamina for standing and working in a kitchen environment
- compliant with food safety regulations
- good interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years baking experience
- ability to follow detailed recipes and production specifications
- strong attention to cleanliness and food safety

- familiarity with sanitation and OSHA safety standards
Job Duties
- Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries as necessary per production and catering sheets
- assist in production planning to meet daily requirements
- ensure proper food preparation by following recipes and production standards
- assist in completing production records including waste tracking and reporting shortages
- ensure proper presentation, food quality, portion control and temperature maintenance
- maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and utensils
- handle food items safely according to regulations
- clean equipment and workstations thoroughly
- interact with customers and resolve complaints professionally
- keep up with peak production efficiently and calmly
- check food presentation and serving standards
- follow sanitation and safety principles
- complete assigned shift work in a timely manner
- perform other duties as assigned
