Job Duties

  • Follows the guaranteed Always Fresh procedure to ensure products are always fresh and accurate
  • adheres to product shelf life standards
  • delivers consistent and outstanding customer service by maintaining an appealing showcase
  • enhances the customer service experience through friendly attitude and attentive behavior
  • helps support speed of service targets by working quickly and efficiently
  • promptly executes service recovery for customer concerns or complaints
  • follows all operations standards and guidelines for product preparation and equipment operation
  • monitors fridge and freezer inventory and submits orders
  • prepares products minimizing food waste and records production data
  • responds to showcase and product needs from restaurant front
  • assists in serving guests when necessary
  • regularly takes and records temperature checks
  • cleans and maintains the production area
  • follows all restaurant policies and procedures
  • supports a clean environment through regular cleaning and organization
  • follows proper hand washing and sanitation guidelines
  • works in compliance with health and safety legislation
  • uses personal protective equipment as required
  • reports injuries, unsafe conditions, and incidents
  • does not operate equipment in unsafe manner
