Job Qualifications

- Previous baking or food preparation experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate baking equipment safely and efficiently

- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, and pastries to meet quality and safety standards
- Decorate cakes and produce fancy desserts
- Operate and maintain baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Interact with customers providing friendly and informative service
- Ensure display cases and shelves are clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Follow food safety guidelines and company policies
- Assist in inventory management and replenishment of baked goods
