Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or pastry experience is an asset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail in food preparation and presentation

- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, pastries, and desserts to high-quality standards
- Decorate cakes and other baked goods with creativity and precision
- Operate and maintain baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and answer product questions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking and display areas
- Monitor baking processes to ensure freshness, safety, and quality
- Stock and organize shelves and display cases with baked products
