Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in baking or food service is beneficial but not required
- Must be at least the minimum age required to operate restaurant equipment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for shifts
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Availability for part-time hours as scheduled
Job Qualifications
- Basic computer skills for online training
- Basic math skills to count money and make change
- Physically and mentally capable of operating standard restaurant equipment
- Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds and perform repetitive hand and wrist motions
- Willingness to learn and execute multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills to work in a team environment
- Commitment to delivering excellent guest service
Job Duties
- Prepare bakery products according to operational and quality standards
- Serve products enthusiastically in a fast-paced environment
- Promote a positive team environment by arriving on time and respecting others
- Follow communication guidelines and respond positively to coaching
- Maintain cleanliness of work and guest areas including restrooms
- Adhere to brand and company safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Wear required uniform including hat, name tag, clean apron, collared shirt, dark blue jeans, and nonslip shoes
