Job Duties
- Follow the guaranteed Always Fresh procedure to ensure products are always fresh and accurate
- adhere to product shelf life standards
- maintain an appealing product showcase with minimum quantity and variety standards
- deliver consistent and outstanding customer service by following the S.E.T. principles
- support speed of service targets by working quickly and efficiently
- execute service recovery promptly for customer concerns and complaints
- follow all operation standards and guidelines for product preparation and equipment use
