Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Previous baking or food preparation experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Eagerness and willingness to learn new baking techniques and company procedures
Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, and pastries using ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Decorate cakes and create fancy desserts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- Ensure baked products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Interact with customers to provide friendly and knowledgeable service
- Stock and replenish bakery items throughout the day
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
