Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in baking or food preparation preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capacity to work early morning shifts
- Strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake breads, cookies, pastries, and desserts to meet quality and safety standards
- Decorate cakes and other baked goods attractively
- Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- Interact with customers to provide exceptional service and address inquiries
- Monitor inventory and restock baking supplies and products as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the baking area
