Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bakery or culinary experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Commitment to company values and team collaboration

- Experience in baking breads, pastries, or desserts
- Ability to decorate cakes and other bakery items
- Knowledge of bakery equipment operation and maintenance

Job Duties
- Bake a variety of breads, cookies, and pastries to meet quality standards
- Produce and decorate cakes and fancy desserts with attention to detail
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Ensure all baked goods meet freshness, quality, and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs
- Keep display cases and shelves clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations while performing duties
