Job Requirements

  • Ability to work early morning shifts
  • Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to perform essential job functions safely and successfully
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10 to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally

  • Basic knowledge and experience of bakery principles including bread and viennoiserie
  • Ability to understand and work with naturally leavened products

Job Duties

  • Produce a variety of bakery items including bread such as baguettes, boules, and batards
  • Prepare Viennoiserie and laminated dough products
  • Accurately weigh ingredients and measure quantities
  • Follow instructions and guidance from the Chef De Cuisine
  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently
  • Work early morning shifts and maintain flexible availability
  • Perform additional duties as required or requested
  • Uphold ethical standards to protect company assets and image
