Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Able to work varied hours and days including early mornings and weekends
- Capable of multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass background check in accordance with local, state, and federal laws
- Possession of valid state-issued driver’s license preferred but required only at specific locations
- Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts
- Commitment to company values and work schedule
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking experience is an advantage but not required
- Ability to work early morning hours starting as early as 3 AM
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards
- Customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh bagels and baked goods early in the morning
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case with quality products
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest service
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment
- Ensure all food and beverage items meet company quality standards
- Support a positive work environment through teamwork and dedication
