Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in baking or food preparation is advantageous
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake bagels and other bakery items according to established recipes
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure availability throughout shifts
- Assist with guest service, including order taking and sandwich making
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the baking area and store
- Follow safety procedures to create a safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the bakery
- Monitor the quality of food and beverages served
