Job Duties
- Bake a variety of breads, cookies, pastries, and desserts
- Decorate cakes with artistic designs
- Operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Engage with customers and assist with their bakery product selections
- Collaborate with team members to manage bakery inventory and workflow
