Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- must be a self-starter and able to work independently
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- able to bend, stretch, kneel and stand for extended periods
- capable of handling repetitive arm and hand motions

- must adhere to strict safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in baking or food preparation preferred
- ability to follow recipes and weigh ingredients accurately
- knowledge of baking equipment and safety protocols
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- multitasking skills to coordinate several tasks simultaneously
- understanding of food safety standards such as SERVSAFE
Job Duties
- Bake batches according to the needs shown on daily PAR/BAKE ORDER sheets
- consistently produce a high quality bakery product
- be extremely accurate with weights and measurements for all recipe items
- keep workstation clean at all times
- properly clean all dishes and pans throughout shift
- assist managers in determining current and needed bread levels and bake sequence
- strictly adhere to all safety and health code requirements for the bakery including OSHA and SERVSAFE guidelines
- complete all baking assignments in a timely manner
