Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 0 to 1 year of related work experience
- ability to follow detailed baking recipes accurately
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- ability to work varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and rotating weekends
- commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- willingness to perform additional duties as assigned
Job Qualifications

- basic knowledge of baking techniques and safety standards
- strong team orientation and adaptability
- good communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- follow recipes and product directions to prepare and bake a variety of food items such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits
- clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- reduce food waste by efficiently managing baking processes
- maintain safe and healthy work environment
- assist with other duties as assigned depending on client requirements and business needs
