Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Physical ability to lift moderate weights
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Prior baking or bakery production experience preferred
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and procedures accurately

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake a high volume of bakery products according to Costco formulas
- Ensure consistency and quality in all baked goods
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bakery equipment and work areas
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Assist in training new bakery staff
