Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1-2 years of professional baking experience
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication skills
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
Job Qualifications
- culinary degree or relevant baking certification preferred
- previous baking experience in a fast-paced environment
- strong artistic skills for cake decorating and pastry design
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- excellent attention to detail

Job Duties
- create a wide range of baked goods including cakes, pastries, and showpieces
- decorate cakes and design artistic baked products
- manage multiple baking projects with strong organizational skills
- ensure timely delivery of all baked items
- maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
- collaborate with the culinary team to meet quality standards
- adhere to health and safety regulations
