Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0 to 1 year of related work experience in baking or food preparation
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and food safety guidelines
- Team-oriented mindset with adaptability and reliability
- Strong commitment to a healthy and safe working environment
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Follow recipes and/or product directions to prepare and bake a variety of food items such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits
- Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Reduce food waste through efficient baking practices
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and safe work environment
- Adapt to other assigned duties which may differ based on business needs and client requirements
