Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license where required and meet driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to quality and attention to detail
- Ability to follow recipes and company procedures accurately
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake bagels according to company recipes and standards
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case with fresh products each shift
- Provide excellent guest service including order taking and sandwich making
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bakery and store areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Monitor product quality to guarantee consistent taste and freshness
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times
