Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience or training
- effective communication skills
- basic math skills
- ability to perform physical tasks safely
- valid state food handlers permit
- valid driver’s license or state ID
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- availability for assigned shifts

- ability to read and comprehend instructions and communicate effectively
- basic mathematical skills for money and measurements
- common sense and reasoning skills for problem-solving
- meet state requirements for operating bakery equipment
- valid state Food Handlers Permit
- valid driver’s license or state ID
- completion of Yoke’s training programs
Job Duties
- Reporting for assigned shifts on time and ready to perform
- promoting sales by providing high-quality bakery products
- providing exceptional guest service using trained skills
- finishing par bake products, labeling, rotating stock, and writing orders
- maintaining proficiency in producing a variety of bakery items according to company standards
- operating bakery equipment safely and correctly
- receiving and checking deliveries for quality and quantity
