Job Requirements

- Previous experience in baking or related food preparation preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks

Job Duties
- Prepare breads, cookies, pastries, and fancy desserts according to recipes and quality standards
- Decorate cakes and desserts with attention to detail and presentation
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking areas, display cases, and shelves
- Ensure all baked goods meet safety and freshness standards
- Engage with customers courteously to enhance their experience
- Assist in stocking and inventory control of baking supplies
