Job Requirements
- 1-3 years professional baking or pastry experience preferred but will train the right candidate
- strong understanding of dough development, fermentation, and baking techniques
- ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
- able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- excellent time management and attention to detail
- passion for hospitality, craft, and continual improvement

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake breads, rolls, laminated pastries, muffins, cookies, and specialty bakery items daily
- scale, mix, ferment, shape, proof, and bake doughs with consistency
- maintain par levels and production schedules to meet service demands
- ensure cleanliness and organization of bakery workspace and equipment
- follow recipes and methods accurately while contributing creative ideas to menu development
- label, rotate, and manage inventory to minimize waste
- uphold food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe preferred)
