Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years professional baking or pastry experience preferred but will train the right candidate
  • strong understanding of dough development, fermentation, and baking techniques
  • ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
  • able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
  • excellent time management and attention to detail
  • passion for hospitality, craft, and continual improvement

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake breads, rolls, laminated pastries, muffins, cookies, and specialty bakery items daily
  • scale, mix, ferment, shape, proof, and bake doughs with consistency
  • maintain par levels and production schedules to meet service demands
  • ensure cleanliness and organization of bakery workspace and equipment
  • follow recipes and methods accurately while contributing creative ideas to menu development
  • label, rotate, and manage inventory to minimize waste
  • uphold food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe preferred)
