Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am depending on the restaurant and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license, always preferred but only required at specific locations, and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- previous baking experience preferred but not required
- ability to maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- flexibility to work early shifts starting as early as 3 AM and weekends
- good physical stamina to perform tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving during shift hours
Job Duties
- arrive early to prepare and bake fresh bagels and pastries
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain quality control of food and beverages served
- keep the bakery environment safe, clean, and well-organized
- work collaboratively with team members to meet store operation goals
- adapt to varying work hours including early mornings and weekends
