Job Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods during shift
Capacity to operate bakery equipment safely
Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
Basic math skills to measure ingredients
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Commitment to adhere to food safety and hygiene guidelines

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior baking experience is a plus but not required
Ability to work early morning, evening, weekends, and holidays as needed
Strong attention to detail and creativity in baking and decorating
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting

Job Duties

Bake breads, cookies, pastries, and desserts according to company recipes and standards
Decorate cakes and other baked goods with attention to detail and creativity
Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery work area, display cases, and shelves
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs
Monitor inventory and assist with stocking shelves and displays
Comply with safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all times
